Citizens Advice Rotherham

Making a difference for our local community

Our RAIN Building office has been demolished as part of the Rotherham market redevelopment. Due to delays and changes in the development timeline, our new office is unlikely to be available much before November 2025. Until then, our service will continue to be delivered by phone, web-chat, video chat and via in-person drop-in sessions, delivered from various drop-in venues around Rotherham. To talk to an adviser, please call our freephone advice-line on 0808 278 7911.

We’re here to help you
